Create Your Business

The first thing you’ll do in doryo is create your business workspace. This is where all your apps, records, and team activity will live. If you run multiple companies, you can set each one up as a separate workspace with its own data, users, and configuration.

The setup process

  1. Go to app.doryo.ai and sign up with your email or Google account.
  2. Start your new business workspace , each step helps us tailor the platform to you.
  3. Complete the setup in a few guided steps.

Step 1: General Information

  • Business Name (required): Your official or brand name.
  • Description (optional): Brief details about your business or activities.
  • Industry (optional): Choose your industry for better recommendations.
  • Tax ID (optional): Enter your legal or VAT/tax number if you have one.
  • Number of Employees (optional): For a more customized experience.

Step 2: Contact Details

  • Email (optional): Company contact email address.
  • Website (optional): Your business website link.
  • Phone (optional): Main business phone number.

Step 3: Address

  • Country (required): Where your company operates.
  • State/City (optional): Further location details.
  • Street, Street 2 (optional): Physical address, including any extra lines.
  • ZIP (optional): Postal code.

Step 4: AI Customization (Business Plan only)

  • Mission Statement (optional): A short description of your business’s purpose.
  • Vision Statement (optional): What your company is working to achieve.
  • AI Tone (optional): Set how you want doryo’s assistant to communicate , Professional, Friendly, Technical, or Simple.
  • Custom AI Instructions (optional): Add any extra notes or rules for the AI assistant to follow.

All core fields can be updated later in your company settings. AI customization is only available for Business subscription workspaces.
