Bring your team on board to collaborate and work together in your business workspace. Every user gets secure, individual access with their own permissions.

How to Send Invites

To add users, go to Settings, then Users. Enter the email address of each person you want to invite. They’ll get an email with a secure signup link. Pending invites can be managed from the same page.

Seat Limits and Billing

You can only invite as many users as you have available seats in your business. To increase or reduce seats, visit Settings, then Billing. Free plans have a limited number of seats, while paid plans allow you to purchase more. Seat changes take effect immediately, and billing updates accordingly for paid plans.

Roles and Permissions

Assign each user a role profile during invitation or after they join. Roles control access to modules and features in the business. You can create and customize role profiles in Settings, then Users, under Role Profiles. Typical examples include Admin, Sales, Accountant, or custom roles you define.

For security, only workspace owners and admins can invite or remove users, change roles, or adjust seat counts.
