We collect only the information necessary to provide and operate the Doryo ERP service, including business details, user account information, and operational data entered into the system.

2. Payment Information

Doryo does not store credit or debit card information. All payments are processed securely by Stripe and our authorized reseller. Payment data is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

3. Use of Data

Your data is used solely to:

• Provide and maintain the service
• Communicate service updates
• Provide customer support

We do not sell or trade your business data to third parties.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data entered into the platform. You may export your data at any time while your subscription is active.

5. Data Retention

After subscription cancellation, data is retained for a limited period to allow export and account recovery, after which it is permanently deleted in accordance with internal retention policies.
