Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For new subscriptions only, a full refund is available if requested within 7 calendar days of the first successful payment. Requests must be submitted via email to support@doryo.ai.

2. No Refunds After 7 Days

After the initial 7-day period, all payments are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for partial months, unused time, or early cancellation.

Access to the service will continue until the end of the paid billing period.

3. Cancellation Timing

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed by MACROSOFT TECHNOLOGIES LLC. Funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
