Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Doryo ERP software and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Provider and Contracting Party

The Doryo ERP software is owned and developed by Doryo Corporation, a Delaware corporation, United States.

For customers located in the United Arab Emirates, billing, invoicing, payment collection, and refund processing are handled by Doryo Corporation's authorized reseller:

Your subscription contract is with Doryo Corporation, while payment processing and local billing services are facilitated by the reseller.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring Monthly or Yearly basis, as selected at checkout.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.
• Payment Authorization: You authorize MACROSOFT TECHNOLOGIES LLC, acting on behalf of Doryo Corporation, to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

4. Cancellation and Data Export

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
• Effect of Cancellation: Access to the service remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
• Data Export:
  • Standard data export to Excel is available at no cost while the subscription is active.
  • Database-level exports may be provided upon request for a one-time service fee of AED 500 to cover technical assistance.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Doryo Corporation and MACROSOFT TECHNOLOGIES LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the service.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
